Teamwork at the D1 Rally

Another one of DecisionOne’s values is teamwork, and we know that in order to truly have a great teamwork you need to develop relationships. There is no better environment to relax, learn more about each other, and build a relationship at than at the D1 Rally. From creating blankets to eating lunch together to winning awards, the day provides an opportunity to bond outside of the office. This also goes for interoffice connections too!

Each team member was given a nametag identifying who they are, what office they work at, and what their position is. This allowed everyone to create a connection with others in their specific position, find out who works at their neighboring offices, and to finally put names to faces of team members they may have connected with digitally on trainings and internal communications but had not yet met in person.
