Points are earned by attending certain trainings, meetings, contests, in your birthday month, in your D1 work anniversary month, and more.  Points are updated manually - so if you recently made a purchase it may not immediately be reflected until processed.  Similarly - if you attended a training or won points, it will not be immediately updated. ​Points are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
