AN ANNUAL free dental care DAY for Veterans
Held on the Saturday before Veterans Day at select DecisionOne Dental offices
DecisionOne Dental Partners invites all Veterans to receive one complimentary dental service on our the Saturday before Veterans Day each year at our Celebrate Those Who Served event. Dental services may include cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, or other treatment that does not require lab work. The dentist will determine priority treatment.

SEVEN PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS IN THE CHICAGOLAND AREA
Due to high demand and us wanting to give back to as many Veterans as possible, in order to ensure treatment, please request an appointment below. One of our team members will reach out to confirm an appointment time & location with you prior to the event. We request that you please bring your military ID with you to your appointment.
